W. H. Messenger Knuckle Knife

This Messenger Knuckle Knife is marked MADE BY W. H. MESSINGER JACKSON MICH. on the front of the brass guard with an 8 inch wavy Kris blade made from a file, walnut handle and brass knuckles. The August Ziegler scabbard is marked PVT. FRANK MILBURN in gold on the black leather. This is the actual knife that appears in the Knife World, May, 1992 article and is shown in Cole’s Book IV on page 164.
